Industry leaders and researchers came together to discuss how to navigate the evolving production landscape by aligning technological progress with organisational transformation.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Three expert-led sessions anchored the day\u2019s dialogue:<br>\u2022&nbsp;<strong>Prof. Tim Minshall<\/strong>, University of Cambridge &#8211;&nbsp;<em>Innovating the factory of the future<\/em><br>\u2022&nbsp;<strong>Prof. Heike Bruch<\/strong>, University of St.Gallen &#8211;&nbsp;<em>Leading the future factory workforce<\/em><br>\u2022&nbsp;<strong>Prof. Raffaello D\u2019Andrea<\/strong>, ETH Zurich &#8211;&nbsp;<em>Getting to the right level of automation<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Key themes included the role of \u201cdigital translators\u201d bridging the physical and digital manufacturing worlds, the risks of a divided &#8220;two-class&#8221;
